The bag itself is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for as far as design. A little heavier than anticipated, but it’s a big bag and that’s not unusual. The quality is terrible. Out of the box, there were loose threads coming away from the stitching in multiple places. There are four parts that snap on to the top of the bag. Two of them popped and fell off the first time I used the bag - which was not overstuffed and zipped easily. One of them fell into the bag, so I reattached. It fell off five more times in a 2.5 day trip. The other two were absolutely fine. I saw someone carrying this bag at the airport and asked where she got it. I was so excited to see mine. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. The only reason I am keeping it is that the functionality is what I like; the cosmetic/quality issues would have led me to return otherwise. Do not recommend.
